These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Ontario24, operated by PLATINUM GROUP LLC (“Ontario24”, “we”, “us”), at ontario24.ca. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Ontario24 is a classified directory that helps customers find local service businesses in Ontario. We are not a party to any transaction between users and businesses. We do not verify, endorse, employ, recommend or guarantee any business, listing, person, service or work advertised on the site.

Listings are created by businesses themselves. We do not check credentials, licences, insurance or the quality of any work. You are responsible for verifying a business and deciding whether to hire it. Any agreement and any work is solely between you and the business.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. You may not post content that is false, misleading, illegal, infringing, offensive, or that constitutes spam or a scam, and you may not solicit payment off-platform in a deceptive way. We may edit, refuse or remove any listing or content at our discretion.

Paid listing plans are described on our Pricing page. All prices include 13% Ontario HST. Payments are one-time with no auto-renewal — you choose whether to renew when a listing expires. Fees are non-refundable once a listing is published, except where a refund is required by applicable Ontario consumer law. Plan features may change over time.

The site, its design and its content (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by Ontario24 or its licensors. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and promote that content on the site. You confirm you have the right to submit it.

Any dispute, claim or issue arising from a transaction is solely between the customer and the business. Ontario24 is not responsible for resolving such disputes and is not liable for the conduct of any user or business.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ontario24 and PLATINUM GROUP LLC (Delaware) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or any transaction with a business. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the past twelve months.

You agree to indemnify and hold Ontario24 harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your use of the site, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts or remove listings that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe may harm users or the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
